Second-Chance Apartment Leasing Requirements
Luxury apartment complexes only
Applicant must be able to show three times the monthly rent amount in earnings
Our corporation will be the lease holder and the applicant will be an occupant
Two individuals 18+ may be added to the lease agreement
Pricing for Our Second-Chance Apartment Leasing Services
$50 Application Fee per applicant (non-refundable)
$10 income screening fee per applicant
One month's rent of the unit you are approved for ($500 deposit before we apply and the remaining balance after approval)
A $99 monthly service fee will be added to your monthly rent amount. This will be paid directly to Complex Approvals throughout the term of your lease.
There is a 3.4% transaction fee for all invoiced payments. This includes our service fee, any applicable apartment application/admin fees, and monthly rent payments.
*OUR PRICING IS COMPLETELY SEPARATE FROM THE APPLICATION FEES/MOVE-IN COSTS AT THE APARTMENT COMMUNITY.
