Inclusion on Lease: While Complex Property Solutions will hold the lease, up to two individuals aged 18+ can be added as occupants.
Pricing Structure
Our pricing for assisting with apartments for rent with bad credit/evictions includes:
- $50 Application Fee per applicant (non-refundable).
- $10 Income Screening Fee per applicant.
- One Month's Rent of the approved unit (with a $500 deposit before application).
- $99 Monthly Service Fee: Added to your rent, payable directly to Complex Property Solutions.
- 3.4% Transaction Fee: Applicable on all invoiced payments including service fee and rent.
Please note, our fees are separate from any application or move-in costs at the apartment community.
